There have been no issues to report nor much other news which is why there has not been much activity here although now there is activity here I have decided to post about it.

Small Space Hosting has a new look home page and a live chat system for support.

The new look website was been changed to improve usability and decrease load times. Also there are links to the client area and AUP on each page to make them easier to find.

A live chat system has also been installed to enhance user support by giving users another way to contact us. Live Chat is also ideal for people who are considering signing up and have questions to ask us about our service.

August is an exciting month for Small Space Hosting with some changes that are on the way.

In August we here at Small Space Hosting are planning to overhaul the website in order to streamline loading times and page viewing. Currently the website is graphic heavy which is hard to edit and takes too long to load. We also hope to add a login for the client area to the homepage.

We have discovered that some of the images in the knowledge base are missing images so we are going to overhaul the knowledge base and add the missing pictures as well as setting up a series of video tutorials on how to do various tasks mentioned in the knowledgebase.

Here at Small Space Hosting are currently investigating the possibility of offering non web based services such as streaming media hosting and services related to virtual worlds.

Phone support for Small Space is currently down due to technical issues. We are working on this problem and hope to have phone support restored soon.
